| Description | Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Conga CPQ QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in testing Conga CPQ solutions integrated with Salesforce, ensuring high-quality delivery across quote-to-cash processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce and Conga CPQ components Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Conga CPQ solutions Validate Conga configurations including pricing rules, constraint rules, quote templates, document generation, and approval workflows Identify, log, track, and manage defects using JIRA Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality deliverables Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with production validation Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Conga CPQ and Salesforce testing Strong understanding of Salesforce and Conga CPQ data models Proven experience in writing detailed and well-structured test cases Experience testing end-to-end quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman) is a plus Experience working in Agile Scrum environments Preferred Skills: Salesforce or Conga CPQ certification Knowledge of the broader quote-to-cash ecosystem and business processes Soft Skills: Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities |
