As a fresher, you will be mentored by experienced professionals and will actively contribute to the design, planning, site execution, and quality monitoring of real-time projects in residential, commercial, or infrastructure domains. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in the civil engineering industry. Roles & Responsibilities Assist in preparing structural and architectural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Support project teams in conducting site inspections, surveys, and measurements. Participate in preparing estimates, BOQs, and technical specifications. Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities based on project timelines. Monitor and document on-site activities to ensure work progress and quality standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate project delivery. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance with building codes and standards. Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates. Technical Skills Basic understanding of civil engineering fundamentals, construction materials, and structural behavior Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, or other design/drafting tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications Knowledge of surveying instruments, leveling, and basic project management tools Understanding of IS codes and construction quality norms Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective verbal and written communication Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Willingness to travel or work on-site as per project needs A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality work Perks: Flexible Timings 5 Days Working Performance bonus post-probation Statutory benefits (PF, ESIC) after confirmation |
