| Description | Role Overview: The Manager Business Development will be responsible for developing and managing referral relationships with Doctors referrals to NeuroEquilibrium labs for vertigo and balance related diagnostic testing. The role focuses on field engagement, relationship building, awareness creation, and consistent referral generation. What is the role like: The Manager Business Development will be responsible for developing and managing referral relationships with Doctors, Pharmacist, centralized labs, the corporate and government PSUs to drive doctors referrals or establish new NeuroEquilibrium labs for vertigo and balance-related diagnostic testing. The role focuses on field engagement, relationship building, awareness creation, and consistent referral generation. Additional responsibilities, this role will have, are as below: Doctor Outreach & Relationship Management Identify, map, and onboard Doctors in the assigned territory. Build strong, long-term professional relationships with doctors to establish NeuroEquilibrium as the preferred referral partner for vertigo and balance-related cases. Conduct regular in-person visits, follow-ups, and engagement activities with doctors. Work in both B2B and B2C business models, engaging doctors, hospitals and clinics (B2B) while also supporting patient awareness, counselling, and conversion (B2C) to ensure end-to-end referral and patient flow. Referral Generation & Business Growth Drive consistent doctors referrals to NeuroEquilibrium labs for vertigo and related diagnostic tests. Achieve monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets as assigned. Track referral patterns and work on strategies to improve conversion and repeat referrals. Product & Clinical Awareness Educate doctors about NeuroEquilibrium’s diagnostic capabilities, technology, testing protocols, and clinical outcomes. Clearly communicate the benefits of NeuroEquilibrium labs, accuracy of testing, and patient experience. Support doctors with referral processes, documentation, and patient coordination. Field Execution & Reporting Maintain detailed records of doctor interactions, visit frequency, referrals, and outcomes. Update CRM / MIS systems with accurate and timely data. Share regular reports on doctor coverage, referral performance, challenges, and opportunities. Coordination & Internal Collaboration Coordinate with lab operations, clinical teams, and patient support teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and experience. Act as a bridge between referring doctors and NeuroEquilibrium for issue resolution and service improvement. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, referral trends, and market dynamics. Share insights and feedback from doctors to help improve offerings and strategies. Skills do we look for: Strong interpersonal skills with customer centric approach. An excellent communicator and goal oriented. Ability to convince the doctors and the hospital management about the healthcare service. Should be good with proper forecasting and execution of sales plans. Prior experience working with Medtech, clinics, hospitals, or diagnostic centres is highly preferred Decent analytical skills to understand the need of the client in the region to provide specific solutions. A traveller, since this role may involve travelling within the region and outside the region if require, based on the business needs. |
