| Description | Role & responsibilities: Acquire new Current Account and Savings Account customers through field sales and referrals Meet assigned CASA targets on a monthly basis Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, traders, professionals, and individuals Ensure complete KYC and account opening documentation as per bank guidelines Cross-sell banking products such as FDs, RDs, insurance, and digital banking services Maintain high customer service standards and ensure timely resolution of queries Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis in the assigned territory Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account activation and servicing Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory norms. Preferred candidate profile: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) 15 years of experience in CASA / Liabilities sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Good knowledge of banking products and KYC norms Target-oriented with field sales exposure Local market knowledge will be an added advantage. |
