| Description | Roles and Responsibilities Tracking multiple stocks/sectors assigned by the client/in-house project manager, updating client with news and events. knowledge and tracking of macro data. Building and quarterly rollover of financial models of coverage companies as assigned by the client. Writing initiation/earnings reports on assigned sectors/stocks, identifying ongoing themes and continuously interacting with the client exchanging opinions and views. Adept at attending conference calls and sharing summary notes with the in-house project manager /assigned clients. Maintaining regular communication with the project manager /assigned client on project updates. Also, supporting the in-house project manager on various ad hoc tasks, which could vary from data gathering, updating financial models, deep-dive secondary research or writing thematic reports. Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed within the stipulated timelines with quality output in-line with client expectations. Contributing to internal knowledge creation and ad hoc assignments. Knowledge of databases like Bloomberg, Refinitiv eikon. Preferred candidate profile Experience in Sell Side equity research, covering MENA stocks across sectors. Excellent in financial modelling and report writing skills. Proficient in conducting focused deep-dive secondary research on any given topic. Strong communication skills. Minimum requirement: MBA from a leading business school / CFA (level 2 cleared). Willing to work Sunday to Thursday |
