Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary (12th) with first division (High Secondary exam first division mandatory). Candidate must have passed Graduation in the relevant subject from a recognised university. Preference/weightage will be given for prior preparation/experience related to CGPSC, Banking, Railway, Staff Selection, State Civil Services or similar competitive exams (as per scoring criteria). Candidate must be native/permanent resident of Chhattisgarh (NRrhlx<+ ewY; fuoklh condition mentioned). All educational and experience certificates must be valid and issued by authorised institutions; self-attested copies to be produced with originals at the time of walk‑in. Preparation of merit list based on multiple components. 20% marks weightage of Higher Secondary (12th) examination marks. 30% marks weightage of Graduation examination marks. 5 marks for candidates whose names appear in final selection lists of CGPSC/Banking/Staff Selection/Railway recruitments. 5 marks for at least 2 years’ teaching/coaching experience in recognised coaching institutions for the above competitive exams. 40 marks for performance in Walk-in Interview (oral test).
