For Psycho-Social Counsellor: Graduation in Psychology/Neuroscience with minimum experience (as specified) in district-level work on women’s health related government/non-government projects/programmes. For Para Medical (Part Time): Professional degree/diploma in Paramedics with minimum experience in health-related projects/programmes at district level in government/non-government sector. For Para Legal Person / Advocate: Graduate in Law with minimum experience in women-related government/non-government project/programme or at least two years’ experience of advocacy in court. For Multi Purpose Worker / Cook: Minimum qualification is literacy; knowledge/experience of working in related field, with preference to High School (Matric) pass or equivalent. For Security Guard / Night Guard: Minimum two years’ experience as security staff in any government or reputed organisation at district/state level; retired army/paramilitary personnel will be given preference. Candidates having computer knowledge will be given preference for administrative posts. Experience certificates must be issued by competent appointing authority and should be after acquiring required educational qualification. Minimum Age: 18 years on date of advertisement publication. Maximum Age (general contract condition): Not more than 42 years on date of advertisement. Unreserved (Male): Maximum 37 years. Backward Class / Extremely Backward Class (Male & Female): Maximum 40 years. Unreserved (Female): Maximum 40 years. Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe (Male & Female): Maximum 42 years. For both age and experience, the advertisement date is treated as reference cut-off date.
