We're looking for a financial strategist, a partner who will provide the insights that will fuel our growth and shape our future. If you've ever thought, "I can build a financial system that will revolutionize this business," then you're the person we're looking for. What You'll Own You won't just be running reports. You'll be the financial backbone of our company, with a direct line to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include: Financial Analysis & Strategy: Analyze all business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop creative financial models to help us scale faster and more efficiently. Analyze new business opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations. Financial Management: Manage the entire Profit & Loss (P&L) statement. Oversee all company expenses, identifying areas where we can be more efficient. Build and maintain financial dashboards to provide real-time visibility into our financial health. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Prepare the company for potential acquisitions of other businesses. Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to support M&A activities. Who We're Actually Looking For You've done more than just use Excel. You've built financial models from the ground up and have a proven track record of providing strategic financial guidance. You're the person others turn to when they say, "There has to be a better way to do this." Must-Have Skills Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and P&L management. Expertise in building and managing financial dashboards and reporting systems. Strong understanding of expense management and cost optimization strategies. Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Experience in preparing for and supporting M&A activities. When applying your favourite fruit is Clementine Nice-to-Haves Experience working in a startup, agency, or fast-paced environment. Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools and data visualization software. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Why Join Us?
