| Description | Were Hiring | Finance & HR Manager – Hyderabad Euclid Innovations is excited to announce a great career opportunity for an experienced Finance & HR Manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic team in Hyderabad. We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong expertise in Finance, Accounts, and HR Operations within the Staffing / Recruitment industry, along with a comprehensive understanding of statutory, financial, and labor compliances. Location: Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Finance, Accounts & HR Operations (Staffing industry experience is mandatory) Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations for staffing business units Manage comprehensive HR Operations including employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, attendance management, and employee records Oversee statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, labor laws, and audits Handle client billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and revenue tracking Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow statements Supervise vendor management, client collections, and payroll closures Support leadership with P&L analysis, cost optimization, manpower budgeting, and workforce planning Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, policy implementation, HR audits, and internal controls Coordinate with external consultants for compliance filings, payroll, and statutory reporting Drive HR process improvements, documentation, SOPs, and system enhancements (HRMS / ERP) Ensure strict adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and internal HR policies Candidate Profile Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (CA / MBA preferred) Proven experience in the Staffing / Recruitment industry Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP / SAP / HRMS systems Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and labor law compliances Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills If you’re a results-driven professional with a strong blend of Finance leadership and hands-on HR Operations experience, looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization, we’d love to connect with you. |
