Job Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Professional Education: B.Tech / M.Tech Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Production/ Manufacturing Functional Competencies: VARTM / RIM process Lead in technical issues concerning the process areas of blade manufacturing. Able to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments with system approach to solving complex problems. Innovative mindset but also ability to prioritize tasks and communicate them in a clear manner, openly discussing with the team or CFT. Action and result-oriented person with strongly developed team work skills. Root cause analysis (RCA) Job Responsibilities : Key Deliverables Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Perform risk assessments. Review & Update operating instructions. Review and provide feedback for update in process documents based on manufacturing feasibility & capabilities. Support from rotor blade prototype to serial production. Clarification of feasibility and implementation of suggestions from the production. Drive the usage of the ECM system on changing requests from manufacturing. Use risk assessments tools to identify, eliminate, or mitigate risk within the process. Review potential process feasibility, risk assessment, requirements, identify new/existing processes, present and support the implementation of Cost Reduction Projects. As required within the scope of his/her duty responsible for all associated documentation, including however not limited to the following: Operations Procedures, drawings, schedules, Engineering Change Notifications, spare parts listings, etc. Ability to handle projects of a moderate to large scope requiring extensive coordination. Will be required to handle several assignments (project & process duties) simultaneously. Good knowledge and know how on mould and its tools/equipment maintenance activities as per Senvion protocols will be added advantage. Key Task: Serve as a focal point of contact between manufacturing and blade technology R&D. Should have a target of blade cost reduction through optimized blade process and wastage reduction. Co-ordinate with different manufacturing units for mould and its tool related activities. |
