| Description | Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist orthopedic assessment, diagnosis, and surgical treatment for patients. Perform elective and trauma surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture management, arthroscopy, and other subspecialty procedures. Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary clinical team including junior doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and allied health professionals. Participate in outpatient clinics and pre-/post-operative patient care. Maintain high standards of clinical governance, patient safety, and record keeping. Take part in on-call duties and manage emergency orthopedic cases as required. Contribute to service development, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
