Processes : International Voice / Blended (Voice + Chat/Email) / Chat & Email Support / Semi-Technical


Salary Package

Freshers: 2.9 - 3.8 LPA (18,000 - 24,000 per month) + Incentives

Experienced Professionals: 4 LPA - 8LPA + Incentives (Up to 30% hike on last drawn salary)


Shifts & Work Schedule

Rotational Shifts US / UK / Australian Shifts

5 Working Days + 2 Rotational Offs


Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls, chats, and emails

Deliver exceptional customer service to international clients

Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Meet quality and performance targets Ensure a world-class customer experience


Eligibility Criteria

Education: 12th Pass / 10+Diploma / Graduates

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Experience in International BPO / Customer Support is an advantage

Willingness to work in rotational & night shifts
