| Description | Requirements: - CA preferably with MBA in finance from reputed institute. Additional Company secretary qualifications will be an added plus. - Should have a minimum 5-10 years of professional experience preferably in a progressive product based/service organization in a high-level finance position in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. He/She should have strong experience/exposure in various aspects of finance both for National & International markets. - The candidate must demonstrate a successful record of accomplishing and exceeding goals in his managerial positions while growing and scaling a finance organization of a sizeable business. - Strong all round experience in controllership, audit, risk management, and treasury functions including fund raising as well ability to develop a road map for enhancing valuation and preparing the company for an IPO in the near future. - Good understanding of IndAS, IFRS, I GAAP, etc. - Strong financial acumen. - Has good understanding of technology and systems in enabling greater efficiencies, agility, and business insights - Adept in navigating an increasingly complex regulatory environment, including setting up new financial processes or fulfilling new reporting requirements and compliances. - Experience in ERP systems especially implementation. - Ability to develop strong relationships and work with Senior Level Executives of investor, banks and customer organizations. - High ethical standards, strong values, integrity. Results orientated. - Excellent presentation, communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization - High on energy, drive, passion, and commitment with ability to challenge status quo in an enabling style |
