| Description | Implantable Pacemaker Chip (iPACE-CHIP) Project Description The project focuses on the design and fabrication of a next-generation implantable pacemaker chip using analog and digital IC design on SCL 180nm technology for advanced VLSI medical electronics, with commercialization by Shree Pacetronix Ltd. The project is funded by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) under the Chip to Start-up (C2S) Initiative. Duration Initially 1 year, extendable based on performance and project tenure Vacancies 2 Qualification JRF/SRF: M.E./M.Tech./MS(R) in ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems or allied subjects with 65% marks OR B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in relevant disciplines with 65% marks + Valid GATE/NET score. For SRF: Minimum 2 years of research experience Monthly Salary JRF: ₹37,000 + HRA per month SRF: ₹42,000 + HRA per month Age Limit JRF: Up to 30 years SRF: Up to 32 years Selection Process Interviews will be conducted for candidates shortlisted initially on the basis of academic qualifications.
