Endpoint Management: Manage desktops, laptops, and IP phones.
Server Administration: Implement and administer servers.
Network Services: Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
LAN Infrastructure: Basic administration of switches, firewalls, and routers.
Service Requests: Handle service requests and incidents, analyze root causes, and meet SLA targets.
System and Network Issues: Resolve 1st and 2nd level IT incidents and requests.
Management Tools: Familiar with capacity and availability management tools.
Asset Management: Manage assets and generate IT reports.
