Project Description This ICSSR-funded social science research project explores workplace incivility, gender discrimination, and organizational politics experienced by working women in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka. Adopting a mixed-method approach, it assesses social and psychological impacts and formulates evidence-based recommendations to strengthen inclusive and equitable workplace policies. Funded by ICSSR, Ministry of Education.
Duration
Research Assistant: 9 months
Field Investigators: 5 months

Qualification
Research Assistant (1): Postgraduate in any social science discipline with minimum 55% marks and NET/M.Phil./Ph.D.
Field Investigators (2): Postgraduate in any social science discipline with minimum 55% marks
Monthly Salary
Research Assistant: ₹37,000/- per month
Field Investigators: ₹20,000/- per month
Selection Process On the basis of interviews to be conducted after initial shortlisting based on academic qualifications.
