How to Apply
Step 1 - O.T.R. Registration: Obtain One Time Registration (O.T.R.) Number from https://otr.pariksha.nic.in at least 72 hours before applying
Step 2 - Visit Official Website: Go to https://uppsc.up.nic.in and click on "All Notifications/Advertisements"
Step 3 - Read Instructions: Go through User Instructions and View Advertisement thoroughly
Step 4 - Click Apply: Click on "Apply" button and authenticate with O.T.R. using O.T.P. received on registered mobile/email or O.T.R. password
Step 5 - Fill Application Part-1: Personal details will be auto-filled from O.T.R. Fill essential qualification required for the post
Step 6 - Fill Application Part-2: Click 'Submit Details' under 'Application Part-2'. Permanent and correspondence address will be auto-displayed. Choose Yes/No for preferential qualifications
Step 7 - Fee Payment: Click 'Proceed for fee payment' and pay through NET BANKING/CARD PAYMENTS/OTHER PAYMENT MODES via SBI MOPS
Step 8 - Take Print: After successful payment, take print of Payment Transaction Slip and submitted application form
Step 9 - Modification: If needed, modification in qualification can be done only once till last date for correction through 'Candidate Dashboard Login'
Important: Complete all stages of online application (O.T.R., Fee payment, Final submission) before last date
Preserve Records: Keep soft/hard copy of all information regarding all stages for future reference
