A person shall be qualified if the person held a post in the Andhra Pradesh Judicial Ministerial Subordinate Service not below the rank of Superintendent (Category-III of Andhra Pradesh Judicial Ministerial Subordinate Service Rules, 2019) in the State of Andhra Pradesh and has a law degree. A person shall be qualified if the person held a post of Section Officer and above in the Andhra Pradesh High Court Service and has a law degree. A person shall be qualified if the person practiced as an advocate at least for five years and at present is not on the rolls of the Bar Council. A person shall be qualified if being any retired Gazetted Officer possessing law degree or who has passed the criminal judicial test in full consisting of Indian Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure or the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission and who has exercised Magisterial powers during the tenure of service for not less than three years, with preference to a suitable retired Judicial Officer. How to Apply Applications shall reach the Principal District Judge, Nellore, in the prescribed proforma along with necessary attested copies of certificates mentioned in the notification. Applications must be submitted so as to reach on or before 03 January 2026 by 05:00 PM; applications received thereafter will not be considered. The candidates are directed to submit a single application clearly indicating order of preference for the place of posting instead of submitting multiple applications for each individual vacant post. Candidates shall enclose attested copy of SSC certificate for proof of age. Candidates shall enclose attested copies of educational qualifications including law degree and technical courses. Candidates who are advocates shall enclose attested copy of enrollment certificate at the Bar, a certificate of previous practice for not less than five years, a certificate of suspension of practice issued by the State Bar Association and a certificate of suspension of practice issued by the Bar Association where the candidate practiced previously. Retired employees shall enclose attested copy of Departmental Tests passed, attested copies of retirement proceedings and pension payment order. Candidates who worked as Gazetted Officers in Revenue Department and exercised magisterial powers shall enclose certificate of exercising magisterial powers for not less than three years during their tenure.
