The Bond amount is Rs. 5,00,000, limited to 6 months' Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance, and the liability is non-depreciating during the bond tenure. Inducted executives will undergo two weeks of structured training at the HAL Management Academy/Division of posting, followed by one week of familiarization at the Division of posting. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in a ratio of 1:10 (maximum), prioritized by relevant experience, then qualifying exam marks, then age (elder/senior first) in case of ties. The Selection Committee will assess candidates on job knowledge, general knowledge related to the post, and personality, in addition to qualifications and PPQE. Meeting the minimum qualification/PPQE criteria does not guarantee shortlisting for interview.
